We process personal data in accordance with Andorran Qualified Law 29/2021, of 28 October, on the protection of personal data (LQPD), its implementing regulations, and — where applicable to users located in the European Economic Area — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Andorra is recognised by the European Commission as a jurisdiction providing an adequate level of data protection.

3. Data We Collect

Contact form: first name, last name, email address, subject and message content. Consultation bookings: the data you provide to our scheduling provider (Calendly). Technical data: IP address, browser type and browsing behaviour collected through analytics cookies, subject to your consent.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

We use your data to (a) respond to your enquiries and provide the advisory services you request — performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures; (b) manage consultation appointments; (c) analyse website usage to improve our content — your consent; and (d) comply with legal obligations applicable to tax and corporate advisors in Andorra, including anti-money-laundering legislation.

5. Data Retention

Enquiry data is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the professional relationship and thereafter for the periods required by Andorran tax, commercial and AML legislation (up to 10 years). Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.

6. Recipients

Data may be shared with our service providers acting as processors: Hostinger (web hosting, EU data centres), Calendly (appointment scheduling), and Google (analytics), under the corresponding data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Data will only be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
